Step 1. Open the Instagram app on iOS or Android and click on the + icon at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2. At the bottom, make sure "REEL" is selected.
Step 3. At this point, you can upload an existing video from your camera roll, pick a Reels template, or create a new Reel from scratch by hitting the camera icon.
